Siskiyou Therapy is conveniently located next to Southern Oregon University and within walking distance to Ashland High School, Ashland Middle School, and downtown. The office is a brown building on the corner of Siskiyou Boulevard and Garfield Street. There is a parking lot behind the building off of Garfield. Guest parking is located on the left side of the parking lot. It is easiest to enter from the back of the building through the door with the blue Siskiyou Therapy sign. The office suite is upstairs and to your left.
